おはようございます。

昨日、友達が三重県に行ってカキを食べに行きました。

カラつきのカキを送ってもらいました。

カラを開けるのが大変です。

コツがいります。。

一部にナイフをいれて貝柱を切ります。

自然に口が少し空き

むき身ができます。。

そのあと、バターソテイーしました。

美味しかったですよ！
